"Um, so, does the word 'horizon' come subconsciously from 'whore eyes on,' as if the idea of travel to the horizon came from a sense of greed and plunder? As in 'whoring for gold?'" asked Ian. "If we change it around it says, 'I on whore,' or 'eye on whore,' as in a desire for rape? Because language and words have to be constructed somehow and I'm an engineer, a coder and an architect. These blue-prints are wild."
If a person without mechanical knowledge walked into a garage, they would not know the difference between a well assembled engine and a lemon. The same is true of the written word. Some are charlatans with no interest in truth, some are incompetent at their craft and cannot marry true concepts to one another, and some are experts intent on creating engines that do the opposite of what they say they do. That's why we word mechanics are here to help, to show with good linguistics and psychology who is honestly trying to help society, whatever their opinion is, who the trolls are, and who is simply not up to the job. We don't have untrained engine mechanics, we can't have this foolish circus of societal "word mechanics" out there either. We work out of our "garage" with our cyber "tools" and we keep democracy and freedom in good working order.
