Moody is a flag. I tells me I've pushed myself too far, that rest is needed, a retreat to safety and self-nurture.
Feeling moody is my cue to return to my cocoon and get in touch with how I really feel about things. In these reflective moments I can make better choices, grow up, glow up and get back on track.
Moody is normal. One should be aware of it, for sure, maybe let others know you're feeling a bit flat or whatever. But we all feel that way at times. It's okay.
