Only taking a creature's right to food and shelter could induce them into the heartless toil that was the factory.
Only when a workforce has a collective goal for the common good is a factory a worthy place for the human soul.
A factory could have a soul, music, dance and a community vibe. It could be understood that what it made was good for the world and sustainable with creation. Such a place people would work in for love and not the insult we call petty wages.
When the human is no more than a factory machine, what can we say of the baby born into that community? And what does this say about the soul of humanity?
The factory carried on day and night as if the humans within were part of the machinery, as if this impoverished land were allowed to remain so long as it produced these "organic" components.
