This is corruption 101, and it requires government corruption.
Corruption is the real world manifestation of the corruption of the empathy centre of the prefrontal cortex.
Only with a fully functional prefrontal cortex can humans make good choices, yet corruption requires a developmental damage in this area. Only by acquiring this form of brain damage can they act in such cold and primitive ways.
To become an agent of corruption, empathy is a disadvantage and thus seen as a weakness. The part of us that loves, the part God wants and needs us to develop, is silenced in for the acquisition of gold.
The philosophy of money atomised society, making cold indifference a survival advantage, and thus the most emotionally cold have the greatest advantage and the most corrupted hearts and souls are the "winners." Corruption became a sport and all the medals were gold.
The money-nexus requires that vice becomes faux virtue, for greed to become "good" and corruption to become a mark of "intelligence." Thus the world is turned upon its head and we all feel upside down within.
The philosophy of money bakes corruption into the cake for it was always criminal at its roots.
"The Federal Reserve banks are one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice who does not know that this nation is run by the International bankers."
Authored by Congressman Louis T. McFadden (Rep. Pa), here.
Our government’s job isn’t to keep election promises, it is to bow to the “money” and keep us working, paying tax. It’s a mistake to elect representatives and sit back while they “get on with it.” They’re corrupted before the ballots are cast. They’re too bamboozled with lobbyists and dazzled by greed to see daylight let alone the “big picture.” The world will burn before they make any difference at all. I read a good quote recently, “In the age of information, ignorance is a choice.” And even better, from the First Nations, “All Life is sacred. We come into Life as sacred beings. When we abuse the sacredness of Life we affect all Creation.” I gotta admit, when I read that one I felt like a teenager who’s hit twenty one and sees their parents in a whole new light. I could hear my “inner derp” saying, “When did they get so smart?” The truth is, the First Nations were the smart ones all along, it’s us that’s catching up to them, waking up. I can only hope it’s not too little too late.
