The strong body of an athlete, the strong brain of an intellectual, the strong emotional intelligence of the artist - it's okay to have ambition to become strong and healthy in all ways, to seek your optimal state of well being. Balance is key. Self love is key. Being real to yourself is key. Realising that these things come of normal healthy nutrition and regular exercise is key. The fads, the scams - it's all money-nexus nonsense. Love yourself, be normal.
A strong body can belong to a body builder or a ballet dancer. One can be large or small and be strong. I can lift weights or dance. The strong body I choose to build is my choice. The important part is that I am healthy and I love both my body and my soul; a strong core should be strong in both ways.
A strong body is my gift to myself. As I feel it move it feeds my sense of confidence and self-love, it raises my self esteem. As a strong person I am more able to help others and become a great role-model. Strong is good.
