Dance fit was the most feel-good work out on the planet. Everything about it raised me up several levels all at once.
Getting a dancer's body was amazing, but the feelings from doing the dance and feeling the living pulsing beat of the music was a kind of therapy. Getting dance fit was the best choice I ever made.
I loved Dancebody on Youtube. At first I looked like a puppet on wild strings, limbs having a great time yet so uncoordinated. Yet over time, after repeating the videos, I got decent at a few of them and did them on more days than not. It changed my body over the months. When you have a strong core the way you hold yourself changes and positive self esteem becomes ever easier.
Cycling got me a long way toward real fitness, yet dance fit toned up my body in a well rounded kinda way that felt good. So, they became the two things I fitted into my daily routines. I took some days to relax, naturally, but together they gave great peace of mind.
